Health & Care Data Notice
Patient information is more sensitive than ordinary marketplace data. NurseLink will not treat it as a normal profile field.
1. What the production Care Hub may contain
Depending on the care plan, authorized records may include care needs, medications, allergies, appointments, vital signs, tasks, handover notes, incidents, mobility information and other clinically relevant instructions.
2. Purpose limitation
Health information should be collected only where necessary to arrange, deliver, document, coordinate or review care, meet safety obligations, resolve a care dispute or comply with law.
3. Who should see it
Access should be limited to the patient or authorized representative, assigned care-team members and specifically authorized staff who require the information for their role. Platform Super Admin status alone should not automatically grant unrestricted clinical access.
4. Handover and two-hour logs
Structured documentation can improve continuity, but clinical priorities come first. A missed scheduled log should create an exception for review rather than automatically establishing neglect or causing an automatic full-payment forfeiture.
5. Accuracy and corrections
Users should record observations accurately and distinguish observations from instructions or diagnoses. Where a correction is needed, the production system should preserve an auditable history rather than silently rewriting significant clinical records.
6. Emergency access
If emergency or “break-glass” access is introduced, it should be limited, justified, prominently logged and reviewed after use.
7. Patient authorization
The production workflow will document the patient, representative or other lawful authority under which care-team information is shared. Family relationship alone will not automatically mean unrestricted access to every record.
