Privacy & access
Health information should not be treated like ordinary marketplace data.
Production care records require separate permissions, audit trails, secure storage and careful role boundaries before real patient information is enabled.

Important care-record changes, access events and administrative decisions should be traceable.
Secure production backend
The current live app uses demo data only. Real patient records will wait for production-grade storage, authentication and permissions.

Missed logs can be flagged without automatically withholding an entire shift payment where clinical priorities or connectivity issues may explain the exception.
